Although I have good experience of using the internet for finding the "best buys" for any financial products, I felt I needed to go and seek independent advice. Even though i've never used this service before, I found it refreshing that this local company "Stepping Stones Financial Services" could get me the same deals if not better than that of the internet. What was also great was the fact that I didn't have to shop around as it was all done under one roof.

It was particularly refreshing to find someone who was both friendly and professional, explaining everything to me in a way that I understood. After finding the best deal for me, the advisor kept me informed all the way from my application through to completion of the survey, which was a real personal touch. I have never used a Financial Advisor and it certainly won't be the last time I do.
